What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the service you selected and anything you write in the message field. We collect nothing else from that form.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to arrange a consultation, and to deliver services you go on to engage us for. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

How form submissions reach us

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our inbox at services.propaxis@gmail.com. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

Client documents

Delivering formation, banking and marketplace services requires identity and business documents. These are used only to complete the filings and applications you have asked for, shared only with the registry, authority or platform the application is made to, and retained only as long as the engagement and applicable record-keeping require.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email services.propaxis@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
