Can I form a US LLC without an SSN?
Yes. An SSN is never required to own or form an LLC. It is only a faster route to the EIN afterwards, and there is a separate process for applicants without one.
Which state should I register in?
Wyoming and Delaware suit most non-resident e-commerce owners because neither charges state income tax on income earned outside the state and both have low annual fees. If you will hold inventory or staff in a particular state, that choice changes, and we work it out on the call.
Do I need the virtual address before the entity?
