LLC & LTD FormationYou do not need a US visa, an SSN or a US address of your own to own a US company. You need the filing done correctly the first time, because every later step asks for those documents.

Banking & ComplianceThe EIN is the key that unlocks banking and marketplaces. Without an SSN it cannot be issued online, so it goes by fax or mail and the wait is the longest single stretch in the whole sequence.

The platforms that already have the buyers, and the approvals that gate them.
AmazonAmazon verifies the entity, the address and the bank account before it lets you list. Most rejections we see are a document mismatch, not a policy problem.
3–10 days
Walmart MarketplaceWalmart reviews applications by hand and the bar is higher than Amazon's. A clean entity, a matching bank account and a real catalogue plan are what separate an approval from a silent rejection.
2–4 weeks
eBayeBay is the easiest of the major marketplaces to get into and the easiest to get suspended from. Verification and payment setup are where international sellers lose accounts.

TikTok ShopTikTok Shop is the one marketplace where the listing is not the thing that sells. The content is. Registration is the easy half.

Storefronts
Your own channel, where you keep the margin and the customer.
Shopify DevelopmentYour own storefront is the only channel where you keep the full margin and the customer's email address. It should be built for the checkout, not the showreel.
5–10 days
WordPress for E-commerceWooCommerce gives you the whole stack: your hosting, your database, your checkout, no platform fee on every sale. The trade is that it is yours to maintain.
